Business Development Manager (BDM)

You are an experienced Business Development Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience, responsible for managing business leads, developing new business networks, and identifying new territories and markets. Your role involves building a network for retail store operation, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing new store operations. Your key responsibilities include communicating with business leads, maximizing conversions, mapping new franchisees or dealers, following company procedures, and attending expos on behalf of the company. You will also be involved in market research, preparing reports for senior management, and meeting monthly and annual targets. As a Business Development Manager, you should be self-motivated, creative in market development, and focused on building the brand value of the organization. You must possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong leadership abilities. Proactive behavior, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. This is a full-time position that requires immediate joiners or those with a preference for a 15-day notice period. The work location is in person, and fluency in English is preferred.
