Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue. 2. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. 3. Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at big corporates, industry associations, and other relevant organizations. 4. Meeting Arrangement: Arrange meetings with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to showcase our products/services and negotiate deals. 5. Conversion: Convert leads into clients by building trust, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. 6. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders through effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 7. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business development objectives. 8. Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and partnership development.   Requirements 1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the FMCG industry. 2. Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. 5. MBA or PGDM: Master's degree in Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Management. 6. Certifications: Certifications in sales, marketing, or business development, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP). 7. Language Skills: Proficiency in English. 8.prefrence for male only (age 30-45)
