Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Business/Sales Developer to join our marketing firm. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You will play a vital role in growing our client base and increasing revenue by promoting our marketing services such as branding, digital marketing and content creation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries
  • Generate leads through email outreach, cold calls, networking events, and digital platforms
  • Present the agency’s services and create customized proposals based on client needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team
  • Conduct market and client research to support outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and communication using CRM tools
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of marketing services such as digital campaigns, branding, SEO, and social media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in client meetings, pitches, and presentations
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
