Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, build strong business relationships, and drive growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales strategy knowledge, and a passion for achieving targets. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate business leads through networking, field visits, calls, and online channels. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services from our portfolio. Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Technical) for smooth delivery of services. Research market trends to identify opportunities for expansion. Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry forums. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in B2B Sales / IT / Digital Marketing / Telecom / Software Solutions (1–5 years). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products & explain them to clients. Goal-oriented with a self-driven attitude. Good command over English & Hindi. Basic understanding of CRM, MS Excel & Reporting tools.
