Job Description

Job Title: NBD Executive (New Business Development)

Area of Work: NBD International Business

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Corporate Office)

Position Level: Executive

Job Purpose:

To identify and develop new B2B export clients across global markets, expand the company’s international business network, and strengthen Regal Kitchen Foods’ global presence through strategic alliances, institutional tie-ups, and distributor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients and distributors in international markets (Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America, etc.).
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify export opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging food trends.
  • Manage client communication, inquiries, and negotiations related to pricing, product portfolio, and order finalization.
  • Prepare and submit export quotations, proforma invoices, and product presentations as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Quality, Dispatch, Documentation, and Accounts) for smooth export order execution.
  • Maintain and update international client databases and track business conversion ratios.
  • Represent the company in global food trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual B2B meets.
  • Achieve assigned business development and sales targets through proactive lead generation and relationship management.
  • Support the management in developing strategic export plans, region-wise expansion models, and annual sales forecasts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA in International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Export B2B Sales / Food Industry / FMCG / Institutional Trade.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, incoterms, and shipment processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency mandatory).
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Alibaba, TradeIndia, Indiamart, ExportersIndia, etc.
  • Strong MS Office, CRM, and email marketing proficiency.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling international clients independently.

Compensation:

As per company standards (based on experience and export market exposure).

Employment Type:

Full-time | On-site | Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
