Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow relationships with leading consumer brands in the home and kitchen appliances space. The KAM will act as the bridge between customers and our internal teams (manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product development), ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of manufacturing or new product development. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and NPD teams to deliver on commitments.
  • Support new product development projects, from sampling to mass production.
  • Ensure timely communication of order status, quality updates, and issue resolutions.
  • Participate in client visits, audits, and review meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling new products.
  • Maintain account MIS, reports, and performance dashboards.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations or product development.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • 1-6 years of experience in key account management, operations, supply chain, or customer handling.
  • Fresh graduates with the right aptitude and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
