Role Overview

Seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Track sales activities, maintain records, and report performance.
  • Mentor team members and support skill development.
  • Utilize digital platforms for lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/B.E/B.Tech or Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing.
  • Experience in Durable Goods, FMCG, or Home Appliances preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally.
  • Notice Period: Immediately to 3 week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
