We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience, strong expertise in conversion optimization and data-driven design, and the ability to deliver intuitive, engaging, and high-performing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will be proactive, open to feedback, and focused on designs that enhance customer satisfaction and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to understand user behavior.
Use insights from MS Clarity, Google Analytics, and other tools to identify pain points and optimize user journeys.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups aligned with user needs and business goals.
Design responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies through A/B testing and data insights.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align design solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in design tools:
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (or similar).
Strong understanding of CRO principles and strategies.
Experience with analytics tools (MS Clarity, Google Analytics).
Ability to conduct A/B testing and apply insights to design improvements.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers (bonus).
Excellent communication skills in English.
