Company: Bright Traders Bright Traders is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. ✨ Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. Identify, approach, and onboard new clients and business partners. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeated business. Conduct market research to identify new business trends and competitor activities. Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients. Negotiate business deals and close sales to meet monthly targets. Prepare reports, performance analyses, and sales forecasts for management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and services. Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and market visits. ✨ Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales or business development (minimum 1–2 years). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Good knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ✨ Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance). Attractive incentives based on targets.
