Bright Traders is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients and business partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeated business.
• Conduct market research to identify new business trends and competitor activities.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
• Negotiate business deals and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Prepare reports, performance analyses, and sales forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and services.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and market visits.

✨ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales or business development (minimum 1–2 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Good knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
