Job Summary:

Radon India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and manage our sales team, drive strategic growth, and expand our presence in the tiles and bath ware industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations or a similar industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in business development and channel management, particularly with Artech or similar networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales and business development team across multiple regions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Oversee and grow the Artech channel and other distribution partners.
  • Manage the tiles and bath ware segment with a deep understanding of product trends and customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align business goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship to the sales team.
  • Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other networking events.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development or retail sales, preferably in the tiles, bath ware, or construction industry. and related industry.
  • Prior experience managing a team and working with channel partners like Artech is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail market and customer buying behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
