Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales Representative to drive growth

for our event management company. The ideal candidate will generate new business, foster

client relationships, and meet sales goals in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the event management sector.

 Generate leads, close sales, and manage client relationships for corporate, social, and

special events.

 Present customized event solutions, proposals, and contracts to clients.

 Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Required Skills:

 Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in event planning or

related fields.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Proficient in CRM software

 Knowledge of event planning processes and market trends.

Pay: ₹219,320.65 - ₹1,080,571.52 per year
