Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Designer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Lead Designer will be responsible for leading the design team to develop visually appealing and effective design solutions. Daily tasks will include collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, creating and iterating on design concepts, and ensuring that all design work meets high-quality standards and aligns with the client’s brand identity. Qualifications Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) Experience in developing design concepts and visual storytelling Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience in event design and branding is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field Show more Show less
