Position: Business Development Manager

Company: Pari Infra Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Location: - Zahirabad, Hyderabad

Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships within the PEB and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PEB/infrastructure or the other domain

· Generate leads and convert prospects into clients

· Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships

· Prepare and present proposals, tenders and commercial offers

· Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial support

· Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

· Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, PMC, architects and key decision-makers

· Track market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects

· Attend pre-bid meetings, client meetings and site visits

Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement and execution teams
  • Ensure accurate costing, BOQs and technical compliance
  • Support project handover from sales to execution team

Qualifications & Experience

· Education: MBA + B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical preferred)

· Experience: Prior experience or strong knowledge of PEB structures is an added advantage (8 to 10 Years)

Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasting reports
  • Prepare management reports on business performance

Technical Knowledge Required

  • Knowledge of tendering process, BOQs, drawings, specifications and contracts
  • Familiarity with IS codes, ASHRAE standards and project execution workflows

Skills Required

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Good understanding of PEB business and project execution cycle

· Result-driven and client-focused approach

· Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
