Job Summary: The Field Onboarding and Service Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a smooth onboarding experience and receive excellent ongoing support. This role involves traveling to client sites, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and providing hands-on assistance to ensure clients are getting the most out of PagarBook’s platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to engage potential clients and convert them into long-term customers. 2.Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to prospective clients to showcase PagarBook’s solutions. 3.Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals. Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and improve customer experience. Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends to support product development. Monitor Market Trends and Competitors: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field  Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.  Strong understanding of the payroll and staff management industry.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.  Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.  Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
