Job Title: Business Development & Client Outreach Associate
Location: Sector 61, Gurugram (Work from Office)
Company: Northward Infra
Reporting To: Partner / Director

Job Summary:

Northward Infra is seeking a proactive and articulate professional to join our team as a Business Development & Client Outreach Associate. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in client engagement, business communications, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction & Sales Follow-Up (Primary Focus):

  • Handle and manage incoming calls from potential buyers of assets under sale.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads; assess and grade prospects based on their interest level and investment potential.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about property listings, legal details, pricing, and unique selling points.
  • Record all client interactions systematically and support the conversion of leads through professional communication and timely follow-ups.

2. Business Communication & Government Coordination:

  • Draft formal emails, letters, and business proposals using tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Coordinate with government agencies for permissions, land-use applications, and infrastructure-related matters.
  • Track all correspondence and ensure timely submissions and consistent follow-ups on policy issues.

3. Project Coordination & Support:

  • Liaise with AutoCAD design teams and digital marketing agencies to monitor and manage deliverables.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Conduct occasional site visits to supervise project progress (transportation will be arranged by the company).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and ability to engage confidently with clients.
  • Highly organized with disciplined follow-up and reporting habits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic digital collaboration tools.
  • Prior exposure to real estate, logistics, or government liaison work preferred.
  • Comfortable with occasional local travel for site supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
