Job Title: Business Development & Client Outreach Associate Location: Sector 61, Gurugram (Work from Office) Company: Northward Infra Reporting To: Partner / Director Job Summary: Northward Infra is seeking a proactive and articulate professional to join our team as a Business Development & Client Outreach Associate . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in client engagement, business communications, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Interaction & Sales Follow-Up (Primary Focus): Handle and manage incoming calls from potential buyers of assets under sale. Maintain an organized database of leads; assess and grade prospects based on their interest level and investment potential. Provide clear, accurate information about property listings, legal details, pricing, and unique selling points. Record all client interactions systematically and support the conversion of leads through professional communication and timely follow-ups. 2. Business Communication & Government Coordination: Draft formal emails, letters, and business proposals using tools such as ChatGPT. Coordinate with government agencies for permissions, land-use applications, and infrastructure-related matters. Track all correspondence and ensure timely submissions and consistent follow-ups on policy issues. 3. Project Coordination & Support: Liaise with AutoCAD design teams and digital marketing agencies to monitor and manage deliverables. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet project specifications and timelines. Conduct occasional site visits to supervise project progress (transportation will be arranged by the company). Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi . Strong telephone etiquette and ability to engage confidently with clients. Highly organized with disciplined follow-up and reporting habits. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets , and basic digital collaboration tools. Prior exposure to real estate, logistics , or government liaison work preferred. Comfortable with occasional local travel for site supervision.
