Job Description

We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager

Location: Kolkata | Onsite

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional with strong experience in Digital/IT Sales, Presales, and B2B Business Development to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets by driving complete end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
  • Convert prospects into long-term business engagements by building trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in SME and Enterprise segments.
  • Manage the entire sales process including proposals, bidding, negotiations, and closures.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to effectively position company offerings and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular pipeline updates to management for effective planning.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction scores and contribute significantly to the organization’s overall revenue growth.

Success in this role will be measured by consistently meeting month-on-month business targets, client satisfaction scores, and overall contribution to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years B2B Sales experience (IT Hardware / Software, Networking, Website Development or Institutional Sales).
  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory), MBA preferred.
  • SME/Enterprise Sales minimum 2 yrs experience preferred.
  • Strong business analytical, communication & presentation skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated, target-oriented, open to learning new technologies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹4–6 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance.
  • Performance-linked benefits.
  • Work Schedule: Mon–Sat | 10 AM – 6:30 PM | Onsite (No Remote).
