Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Focus on leads and pursue new opportunities in the real estate sector. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners. Manage and grow the sales pipeline by maintaining the team to fix the target. Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings. Collaborate with the marketing team to support the team. Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Proven track record in business development Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be proactive, target-driven, and customer-oriented. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
