Sales Management Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing marketing strategies, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Engage potential buyers through various marketing and sales strategies. Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships Plan and execute in coordination with the team. Participate in expos, promotional events, and community activities. Prepare reports and market feedback for management. Achieve targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree and Degree 3 years of experience in sales or marketing (Real estate experience is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness for client meetings and site visits. Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
