Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, sharing property details, generating leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Merloam Estate’s property listings and services. Explain property features, benefits, and answer customer inquiries. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain an up-to-date customer database with call records and feedback. Follow up with leads to ensure ongoing interest and customer engagement. Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns. Maintain a positive, professional, and persuasive communication style at all times. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred,Diploma Good verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Tamil (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
