Role Description

This is a full-time office role for a Telemarketer located in Chennai. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential customers, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Key duties include promoting products or services, maintaining a database of customer information, addressing inquiries, and supporting the sales team to meet company goals.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing customer interactions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate information.
Basic knowledge of customer service practices and sales techniques.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work efficiently in an on-site environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage.
