Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Telemarketer. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The Telemarketer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, following up with leads, and providing exceptional customer service to help drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively

• Persuasive and negotiation skills to promote products or services effectively
• Time management and organizational skills to meet targets within deadlines
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in any field is a plus
