Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice representative located in New Delhi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding customer queries, and providing appropriate solutions. The representative will also maintain call logs, assist with sales and finance-related inquiries, ensure high customer service standards, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic knowledge of Finance
Proficient in Sales techniques
Analytical Skills for problem-solving
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience in a BPO or similar industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
