1. Sales Achievement & Market Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Generate new business from hospitals, pharma companies, HoReCa chains, veterinary setups, and institutional buyers.
Ensure product visibility and availability through distributors & retailers.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and industry events.
2. Customer Engagement & Technical Support
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and training sessions with doctors, vets, pharma managers, and HoReCa operators.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the customer ecosystem.
Address customer queries and escalate technical issues to ASM/RSM where required.
Ensure excellent customer service to build long-term loyalty.
3. Distributor & Dealer Management
Support distributor sales growth by ensuring regular secondary sales.
Collect orders, coordinate deliveries, and monitor inventory at distributor/retail level.
Resolve channel conflicts and maintain healthy relationships.
4. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Submit timely sales reports, expense statements, and competitor insights.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide feedback to management to improve product positioning and strategy.
