Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, landowners, IPCs, and key real estate stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and acquire exclusive project mandates Conduct market research, feasibility studies, competitor analysis, and provide accurate industry insights Implement lead-generation strategies through networking, field visits, digital research, and industry connections Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals Maintain and update CRM databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up reports Coordinate with internal sourcing, marketing, and project execution teams for smooth mandate management Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking meets Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets Number of developer meetings & onboarding Number of exclusive mandates / projects acquired Revenue growth and achievement of monthly/quarterly targets Quality of sales pipeline and conversion ratios
