Job Description

  • Growth Saints is looking for a

    results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist (Client Closing Manager)

    who will be responsible for

    driving new business, pitching our digital marketing services, and closing clients

    . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in

    sales and business development within the digital marketing industry

    . This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills to convert leads into long-term clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities in the digital marketing space.
  • Pitch Growth Saints’ services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Development, Shopify Stores, Real Estate Lead Generation, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Own the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    – from lead engagement to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in

    sales / business development / client acquisition

    in digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong

    pitching and negotiation skills

    with a knack for

    closing high-value deals

    .
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Web Design, Shopify, Real Estate Marketing).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a high-energy approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
