Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager – B2C will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building strong relationships with prospective students, and expanding Exxeella’s presence in the overseas education sector. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with experience in overseas education counseling, sales, or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert potential students into enrollments.
• Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, admission processes, and visa requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders to drive engagement and referrals.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and outreach programs to promote Exxeella’s services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless student support and enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, university requirements, and competitive market insights.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track the progress of leads.

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in overseas education, student counseling, or business development.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of study abroad processes, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for student engagement activities and events.
