This role requires someone who can convey messages clearly, professionally, and persuasively across different platforms. You'll play a key role in managing internal and external communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a high standard of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Draft and proofread professional emails, reports, and business documents Manage day-to-day email correspondence with clients, partners, and internal teams Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and clarity Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Support leadership with content preparation for presentations and proposals Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and command of grammar and tone Proficiency in email platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Prior experience in a communications, admin, or client-facing role is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Business Administration, or related field Experience with CRM tools or email automation software is a bonus Why Join Us?
