Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our jewellery machinery business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers, and driving sales growth through strategic market development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify potential clients in domestic and international jewellery markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery manufacturers, exporters, retailers, and distributors.
  • Promote and demonstrate jewellery making machinery, highlighting technical advantages and ROI benefits.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized machinery solutions for clients.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with clients while ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business analysis for management.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products, innovations, and technologies in jewellery making machinery.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of jewellery industry operations & machinery (Casting, Cutting, Polishing, CNC, 3D Printing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Target-driven with strong business acumen.
  • Market research and analytical ability.
  • Technical understanding of jewellery production machinery (added advantage).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development, preferably in machinery, tools, or jewellery industry.
  • Experience in international markets (added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Timing:-

Male:- 09:00 to 07:30 (1hr lunch break )

Female:- 09:00 to 07:00 (1hr lunch break )
