Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Rajkot (Piplana)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve long-term success and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role (typically 3–7 years of experience).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
