Business Development Manager - Own the Revenue Kloudlyn Technologies | AI-Native Contact Center OS Location: Remote (Global) | Trivandrum Office Available Type: Full-Time Experience: 3+ Years in B2B SaaS Sales (CCaaS/CRM/AI preferred) Markets: North America, UK/Europe, or APAC The Opportunity Kloudlyn is building the Contact Center Operating System for the AI era —a unified platform where AI Agents, Human Experts, and CRM Workflows work seamlessly together. We're not selling chatbots. We're replacing legacy telephony systems with intelligent, scalable infrastructure that enterprises will depend on by 2027. We need a full-cycle Business Development Manager who can hunt, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close— all on their own . This isn't a role where you pass leads to AEs or wait for marketing to fill your pipeline. You own the entire revenue cycle. What You'll Do Phase 1: Hunt & Qualify (25% of your time) Build your own pipeline: Run targeted outbound campaigns to VPs of Support, CX Leaders, and Heads of Sales in E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare, and Logistics Go where legacy systems are failing: Find prospects stuck with outdated telephony, fragmented AI tools, or manual QA processes Qualify ruthlessly: Only pursue decision-makers with budget, pain, and authority Phase 2: Orchestrate the Solution (35% of your time) Run deep discovery calls: Uncover operational pain points—high wait times, agent burnout, compliance gaps, poor customer satisfaction Deliver transformational demos: Showcase the Kloudlyn OS—Voice AI Agents, Enterprise Telephony, CRM Integrations, Auto-QA Dashboards, and Analytics Speak their language: Sell "efficiency gains" to Operations Directors and "revenue acceleration" to Sales Leaders Phase 3: Close & Scale (40% of your time) Navigate enterprise sales cycles: Map stakeholders, handle Security/SOC2 reviews, negotiate with Legal and Procurement Build winning proposals: Structure deals that maximize ARR while delivering clear ROI to the client Seamless handoffs: Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention Who You AreThe Architect Salesperson You don't pitch features—you sell transformation. You can articulate why an "OS" is fundamentally different from a standard dialer or chatbot. The Full-Cycle Hunter You don't need SDRs to book meetings or VPs to close deals. You're comfortable prospecting on Monday and negotiating contracts on Friday. Tech-Fluent You speak Contact Center (SIP, VOIP, API, Warm Transfer) and modern AI (LLMs, Latency, Agentic Workflows) fluently. You can hold your own in technical conversations. Market-Savvy You have proven experience selling in North America, UK/Europe, or APAC . You understand regional buying behaviors, sales cycles, and business etiquette. Consultative Closer You listen more than you talk, but you always drive toward action. You're comfortable with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder dynamics. Requirements Must-Have: ✓ 3+ years selling B2B SaaS (CCaaS, CRM, AI automation, or similar) ✓ Proven track record in North America, Europe, or APAC markets ✓ Full-cycle sales experience: You've prospected, demoed, negotiated, and closed enterprise deals ($50K+ ARR) ✓ Quota crusher: Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets ✓ CRM proficiency: Salesforce, HubSpot, or Odoo experience ✓ Time zone flexibility: Able to engage prospects across NA, EU, or APAC hours Nice-to-Have: Experience selling contact center solutions (CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS) Knowledge of AI/ML products or automation platforms Existing network in target industries (E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare) Familiarity with SOC2, GDPR, or enterprise security requirements Why Kloudlyn?Sell the Future, Not the Past You're not selling legacy VOIP.
