Business Development Manager (BDM)

WE ARE HIRING A Business Development Manager a strategic role focused on driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing new deals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, prospecting leads through networking and other channels, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams like sales and marketing.  Key responsibilities  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement business development strategies and sales plans to achieve growth targets.  • Market research: Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and understand customer needs to inform strategy.  • Lead generation: Prospect and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events to build a sales pipeline.  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.  • Sales and negotiation: Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.  • Partnership development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other organizations to expand market reach or enhance offerings.  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, metrics, and KPIs to senior management.  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align efforts and ensure client needs are met.  Required skills and qualifications  • Proven sales and business development experience, including a record of meeting or exceeding sales growth goals.  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.  • Ability to work proactively with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.  • Proficiency in relevant software like Microsoft Office Suite.  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required.  RGARDS HR POOJA LOVEWANSHI 7389062027
