We blend creativity with strategy to help brands stand out in the digital space. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess a strong understanding of digital marketing services, and be confident in pitching strategies to clients. Your goal will be to generate leads, initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients, and convert them into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients across various industries through research, outreach, and networking. Initiate client conversations and effectively communicate agency services with confidence and clarity. Create and deliver strategic pitch decks tailored to client needs and objectives. Build, manage, and nurture a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align proposals and project scope. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, branding, and design. Represent Bannstudio in client meetings, calls, and presentations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain CRM entries, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth pre-sales and onboarding process. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B business development, preferably in a digital or creative agency. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong client-facing presence. Good understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, social media, paid ads, branding, and website design. Strong presentation and pitch-making skills – ability to build and present strategic decks. Confidence in handling client objections, queries, and discussions independently. A self-starter with a result-oriented and go-getter mindset. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint/Canva/Google Slides for deck creation Prior experience in lead generation through LinkedIn or email outreach Why Join Us?
