Job Title: In-house CRM (Business Development Manager)Location: Hyderabad Experience: 0.6 to 2 years Reporting to: AGM - Sales Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekly off, no leave at month-end) Timings: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM Gender Preference: Male Age Limit: Up to 43 years Other Benefits: ₹4/km Petrol Allowance PF & ESI eligibility after 6 months (includes medical for family) Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible In-house CRM (Business Development Manager) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound/outbound calls, taking customer orders for automobile spare parts, coordinating billing, and ensuring timely payment collections. This role demands excellent communication skills in Telugu, strong MS Excel abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for order placement. Take accurate orders for automobile spare parts. Coordinate with the billing department for timely invoice generation. Follow up on outstanding payments and update collection records. Maintain clear and accurate data in Excel (orders, invoices, and payments). Build and maintain customer relationships with prompt service. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve any order or payment issues. Achieve monthly sales targets while promoting the company’s history and services. Key Requirements:Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telesales/customer service. Language: Fluency in Telugu (spoken & written) is mandatory. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in order processing, invoicing, or collections is a plus. Must be able to multitask and resolve queries efficiently.
