Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, and CXOs of target companies.
  • Pitch recruitment services (permanent hiring, contract staffing, executive search, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and close deals.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and online platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and follow up on leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
