Job Description

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Target CPA firms, CFOs, and small-to-mid-sized businesses seeking accounting, bookkeeping, and tax outsourcing services.
  • Schedule meetings and discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with revenue goals.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospects.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to provide pricing and service delivery solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new service opportunities and optimize offerings.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status and key KPIs.

Shift : 7 am to 4 pm

Location : Prahlad nagar, Ahmedabad
