Role & responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day security operations including surveillance, access control, incident response, and risk assessments. Lead, manage, and develop a team of security personnel (guards, SOC staff, etc.).. Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage security incidents and coordinate the response, investigation, and documentation. Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security best practices. Prepare reports on security incidents, metrics, and performance for senior leadership. Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party security services. Recruiting and hiring of staff.
Role & responsibilities * Generate leads and acquire clients for housekeeping, security, pest control and technical FM services * Conduct cold calls, client visits, networking, and online outreach * Understand client needs and create customized proposals * Coordinate with operations team for service planning and pricing * Negotiate pricing and close sales deals * Build relationships with decision-makers in corporates, hospitals, malls, etc. * Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs * Maintain records and updates in CRM system * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
