Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day security operations including surveillance, access control, incident response, and risk assessments.
Lead, manage, and develop a team of security personnel (guards, SOC staff, etc.)..
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage security incidents and coordinate the response, investigation, and documentation.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security best practices.
Prepare reports on security incidents, metrics, and performance for senior leadership.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party security services.
Recruiting and hiring of staff.
