Job Title: Lady Security Officer (Transport Desk Coordinator) Location: SAP Labs India - Devanahalli, Bande Kodigehalli, Singahalli, Karnataka 562149 Vacancies: 1 Salary: Up to 42,000 cash in hand per month (Based on interview performance) About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Female Security Officers / Transport Desk Coordinator to ensure the safety and security of employees using company-provided transportation. This role includes monitoring transport operations, conducting security checks, preparing MIS reports, and handling email communications with employees regarding security and transport-related updates. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of employees, particularly female employees, during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip security checks of transport vehicles. Escort and monitor transport routes, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines. Collaborate with transport vendors and drivers to enforce security protocols. Assist employees in case of security-related concerns during transit. Prepare and maintain security-related MIS reports on incidents, compliance, and transport safety. Manage email communications with employees regarding transport bookings, security protocols, emergency updates, and safety guidelines. Ensure compliance with company security policies and applicable legal guidelines as per protocols of the client company. Provide emergency response support in case of incidents as per protocols of the client company. Maintain detailed security reports and incident logs. Candidate Profile Education Minimum: Bachelors degree Experience 2+ years of experience in Hospitality or Aviation Background. Skills and Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities. Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and responding to emergencies. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is a must. English is required to interact with employees and managers, Hindi is required to manage the security workforce under you

and Kannada is required to manage the drivers and other transport managers under you. Prior experience in security, transport safety, or MIS reporting is preferred. Strong knowledge of transport security protocols and emergency response procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication tools. Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Familiarity with GPS tracking and transport management systems is an advantage. Willingness to work in weekly rotational shifts. Willingness to shift the residence near the airport for easy travelling purposes. Willing to arrange own transport for work commute purposes.
