Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manual Tester to be part of our team developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. If you have an eye for details and have a can-do attitude - this place is for you.Role & responsibilities Review functional requirements and technical designs to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.Understand system components and process workflows, how they interact with one another, and perform different types of testing: functional, system, regression etc.Communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers on tasks related to the planning, testing, and coordination of release activities. Help resolve any issues.Maintain a flexible and proactive work environmentDemonstrate excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with teammates and customersRequired Skills: Ability to learn complex business processes, pick up unfamiliar concepts quicklyAbility to perform Salesforce admin related tasksClear communicator - you are concise and articulate in speech and writingA team player who is ready to look beyond assigned tasks, assists other team members and contributes to overall success of projectDeep experience and understanding of web application/mobile/product testingDesire to improve QA process and create new processes where gaps are identifiedExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environmentPreferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing. A minimum 3 years of experience working in Salesforce (must), preferably Salesforce Sales and Service CloudBE \ B-Tech \ BS or ME \ M-Tech \ MS \ MCA degree in any disciplines of Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering with minimum 60% at graduation/post graduation.Knowledge of released management, version control concepts and tools like GIT is preferredBasic understanding of web application architectureISTQB and/or Salesforce Admin certification is nice to haveCandidate should be available to attend in-person interview in our office at BanerAvailable to join in less than 15 days if selected
