Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, measure code health; reduce rework
• Contribute to data model & component design
• Estimate effort, flag challenges and any dependencies related to assigned tasks, provide regular updates on project status
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement relevant updates
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and teammates

Eligibility:

• BE \ B-Tech \ BS or ME \ M-Tech \ MSc \ MCA degree in any disciplines of Computer Science, Computer, Electrical, Electronics or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Over 3+ years of development experience on Salesforce Platform
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs using REST and SOAP
• Experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Demonstrable skills on web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON)
• Nice to have experience in Connected Apps, Integrating Salesforce with External Systems, exposure to Agentforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CLI, working with scratch orgs and any of third-party CI tools
• Familiarity with Agile practices and tools like JIRA, version control tools etc.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Administration, Security controls
