Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Pune, India. As a Business Analyst and functional expert, you will play a crucial role during the initial rollout and subsequent maintenance of Salesforce applications for our customers. You will work with smaller and cross functional teams; in a fast-paced environment and closely collaborating with our customers. You should be comfortable in understanding business problems and recommend solutions by leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce features and platform capabilities. What are the responsibilities? Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations while closely working with customer/stakeholder to gather requirements Identify and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements; Document user stories, process flows, data flows, traceability matrices. Prepare mock-ups, playbooks, and training material Collaborate with Customers/Stakeholders to recommend potential solutions, create effective demos, prepare POCs (proof of concept) Work closely with development and QA team to implement solution Help with Salesforce setup, configuration, end-to-end functional / regression testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, help with training, data migration, and post-go-live support. Manage day-to-day customer communication Work as a functional expert What are the qualities we look for? Excellent written and verbal communication Passion for customer satisfaction Ability to do multi-task effectively. Understanding of overall Salesforce Architecture, various Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, CPQ, and overall Salesforce Ecosystem Hands on experience with managing and analyzing data Expert level knowledge in any one domain, preferably manufacturing and/or pharma domain What is the eligibility? A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience of working as a business analyst driving requirement gathering and solutioning Experience in Salesforce administration and customization of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications is preferred Master's degree in any disciplines with minimum 60% at graduation/post graduation Nice to have exposure to Salesforce AI, Agentforce and Data Cloud Candidate should be available to attend in-person interview in our office at Baner Available to join within15-30 days if selected What we expect?
