Job Description

Job Description: As a Business Analyst - Salesforce, your role involves gathering and analyzing data for potential business expansion, identifying specific business opportunities, and influencing stakeholders to support business projects. You will assist with project management for selected projects and coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes. Your responsibilities also include testing business processes, recommending improvements, and converting road map features into smaller user stories. Additionally, you will be writing clear and well-structured business requirements / documents, EPICs, and user stories. Identifying automation opportunities, creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance are also key aspects of your role. You will analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements and communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain reporting tools, perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling, and collaborate with the product manager on road map planning and prioritization. Key Responsibilities: - Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements - Perform quality assurance - Define reporting and alerting requirements - Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration - Help design, document, and maintain system processes - Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team - Communicate key insights and findings to the product team - Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance - A degree in IT / Computer Science - Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing - Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools - Solid experience in writing SQL queries - Solid experience building complex spreadsheets - Basic knowledge in generating process documentation - Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills - Fluent in English (Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the provided job description.),
