Business Analyst - Salesforce

As a Business Analyst Salesforce, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements. You will design and develop Salesforce solutions that align with business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop business cases. Your role will involve developing and maintaining data models, workflows, and user interfaces within Salesforce, ensuring testing and quality assurance of applications, and providing training and support to end-users. Additionally, you will work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. This is a contractual/temporary position with a duration of 12 months, based in Bangalore. The work schedule is during the day shift, requiring in-person presence.
