• Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and market share in IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client meetings, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and OEM partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas of opportunity.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• More than 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales in the IT Infrastructure domain.
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure components: o Servers, Storage, Networking o Cloud (Private/Hybrid), Virtualization o Data Center Solutions o Cybersecurity Solutions
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong network within enterprise and mid-market segments.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Experience working with top OEMs like Cisco, HPE, Dell, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, etc.
• Exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects or managed IT services.
• Experience in handling long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
