Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts in the IT Infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and driving revenue growth through end-to-end sales of IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, cloud, security, and managed services. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and market share in IT Infrastructure solutions. • Identify new business opportunities through market research, client meetings, and networking. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and OEM partners. • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization. • Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs. JOB DESCRIPTION • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to overall business growth. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas of opportunity. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). • More than 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales in the IT Infrastructure domain. • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure components: o Servers, Storage, Networking o Cloud (Private/Hybrid), Virtualization o Data Center Solutions o Cybersecurity Solutions • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. • Strong network within enterprise and mid-market segments. • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Preferred Experience: • Experience working with top OEMs like Cisco, HPE, Dell, Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, etc. • Exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects or managed IT services. • Experience in handling long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
