Job Description

Ashiraj Overseas Education Consultant is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented BusinessDevelopment Manager to join our team. As a leading education consultancy firm, wespecialize in guiding students towards pursuing their academic aspirations abroad. TheBusiness Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forgingpartnerships with educational institutions, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand marketpresence.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking,and outreach efforts.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients,including students, parents, and educational institutions.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials andcampaigns to attract potential clients.

5. Conduct presentations and workshops to educate clients about study abroadopportunities and our services.

6. Negotiate and finalize agreements with partner institutions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, andoffering guidance throughout the application process.

8. Stay updated on trends in international education, visa regulations, and otherrelevant factors affecting the study abroad industry.

9. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement andimplement corrective measures as needed.

10. Represent Ashiraj Overseas Education Consultant at industry events, conferences,and seminars to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master'sdegree preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles,preferably in the education sector.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engagewith diverse audiences.

4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-winoutcomes.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative andcreativity in problem-solving.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

7. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and otherbusiness-related activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
