Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Brand Development

• Design and implement marketing strategies and programs to elevate brand visibility and demand across target markets.

• Prepare and manage quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation aligned with company policy.

• Approve and oversee all marketing content and campaigns, evaluating their impact on sales and refining tactics accordingly.

• Organize brand campaigns, networking events, and actively represent the company in industry forums, expos, and seminars.

2. Sales Strategy & Customer Engagement

• Develop and execute customer-focused sales plans to generate leads, expand the customer base, and retain existing clients.

• Personally engage high-value leads, educate them on precast solutions, and address technical queries in collaboration with the technical/design team.

• Guide the sales team on conversion strategies and participate in closing key negotiations.

• Support the estimation and planning teams with market forecasts, expected sales volumes, and demand pipelines.

• Evaluate sales reports and marketing campaign results to inform ongoing improvements in sales strategy

3. Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Implement structured systems to manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring efficient resolution and learning loops.

• Champion a customer-first culture across all sales functions and interfaces.

• Liaise between the customer, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sale satisfaction.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Inspire, coach, and hold accountable a cross-functional team including Business Development Executives, Presales, CRM and Marketing Executives.

• Set KPIs for the team and conduct regular performance evaluations.

• Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented culture across the sales and marketing functions.

Requirement:

  • Must have B2B / project sales experience in any manufacturing industry
  • Candidates with only Channel Sales experience will not be considered for this role
  • Must have team management skills
  • Must have great presentation, inter personal and communication skills
