Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Kozhikode. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance business growth. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. An integral part of the role is representing Arown Academy in the professional community and promoting its educational services.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Market research, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proven experience in the education, training, or healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
